Ordinance and Registration

Click here to view the City of Kasson Animal Ordinance.

A lifetime animal license is required by ordinance for all dogs living with in the city limits of Kasson. At the present time the City is not contracted with a local veterinarian to impound dogs, therefore Kasson Police Department cannot pick up lost animals. When an animal is properly licensed, it allows neighbors, law enforcement agencies, or anyone who comes in contact with a lost animal to return it to their home quickly.

    • Please ensure that the information on the rabies certificate is correct and accurate, owner(s) name, address and telephone number.
      • Upon receipt of the rabies certificate and check a lifetime tag will be mailed to you.
