Utility Bill Payment Options
Online payments are here!!**
We are excited to bring you a new payment option. Click here to make your payment, when it’s convenient for you. With this new payment option you can pay with a credit card or by electronic check! Payments will be posted the following business day. Payments made after midnight on the date due will be considered late and subject to a penalty. When making an online one-time payment, you will need to have your WEB-ID number, first 3 letters of your last name and payment method available. You will be given an opportunity to enter an email address so a receipt will be sent directly to you for your convenience. **PLEASE NOTE THAT AUTO PAY WITH OUR OFFICE AND YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT ARE TWO SEPERATE SYSTEMS. IF YOU HAVE AUTO PAY WITH OUR OFFICE PRIOR TO THIS SYSTEM, PLEASE DETERMINE WHICH YOU'D LIKE TO USE AS IT MAY PULL TWICE IF YOU SETUP BOTH.
As always, you may continue to use our other payment options as well. We accept cash, check and credit/debit cards for utility payments and in addition to the United States Postal Service we accept payments the following ways:
- Auto Pay (enrollment forms located below)
- Two convenient drop box locations
o Hy-Vee (checked daily)
o City Hall (checked multiple times daily)
- Contact City Hall at 634-7071 or 634-6325 and pay with credit or debt card.
Auto Pay
Are you tired of writing checks? Tired of scrambling to drop off your payment on time? Do you share concern that your online bill pay won't get your payment to the City before penalties are added to your account? Does your bank charge you for your online bill pay options? Eliminate late fees and save time; sign up for Auto Pay! Your monthly payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 15th of each month (if the 15th falls on a weekend or Holiday it will be the following workday). Click here for a printable application to bring to City Hall no later than the 10th of the month you are wanting to start to ensure your bill is set-up for Auto-Pay that month.
